With a background in occupational therapy(OT) and art therapy, I have been teaching art classes and workshops and also doing demos for art clubs/societies for several years now. Since retiring from OT last year I have built up the classes and am also now able to dedicate more time to my own art. The fabulous East Anglian landscape offers endless opportunities for artists and I particularly like painting water, boats, skies and rural landscapes. I paint in a variety of media including watercolours, oils, pen and wash, mixed media, acrylics and pastels.
