Peter Corr

Originally from the UK, Peter has spent much of his life living and working abroad, absorbing the spirit of different cultures. Years in Germany, Cyprus, and across the Middle East have quietly infused his work, shaping a visual language rooted in design, structure, and the tactile nature of materials.

Peter believes that what we see is only a fragment of a wider, deeper reality — the tip of an iceberg rising from memory, awareness, and lived experience. His paintings explore change and transience; if they carry a sense of uncertainty, he feels he may have moved closer to truth, for nothing in the world stands still.

His work has been exhibited widely across the UK, appears in private collections worldwide, and is recognised at major national art fairs including Glasgow Art Fair, Manchester Art Fair, Art Edinburgh, Cheltenham Art Fair, Battersea Art Fair, and Affordable Art Fair – Hampstead. Peter has also given live painting demonstrations and process-based talks, inviting audiences into the unfolding magic of the studio.
