I am a local Norfolk artist. At the age of 53 I came to painting quite late in life but always been creative. Painting and creating art is a real healing peaceful feeling for me , I suppose it's a kind of therapy. My painting style centres around an earthly spiritual theme and I have embraced the natural flow of my work. The feeling of the tree being earthly , grounded but with room for growth. The boldness of colour gives it life. My work is mainly in acrylics, Metallics , acrylic varnish glazing, but also using moulting paste to create texture .


When starting out painting I gifted my work either to friends or to charities raising money for great causes. My latest was creating a piece of art (ashes to art)on a fire helmet to be auctioned off , I was one of 74 artist chosen in Norfolk and I was extremely proud to have been a part of this event
