I have taken up art as a retirement hobby and have enjoyed painting and drawing with a number of groups where I have had the benefit of tutoring in the techniques of watercolours and oils.

My early years were spent in East Africa where I was fascinated by the abundant wild life. In retirement I have found interest in the local UK wild life and particularly in birds which form the majority of my subjects - mostly worked in watercolours.
