My name is Tina Hunt and I am an Abstract Artist, Visual Stylist and photographer based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

I began my art career 20 years ago and over time I have developed my own neutral, natural and organic aesthetic.

I love to create abstract artwork with a neutral, earthy palette. My eye is drawn to worn and weathered patinas and my inspiration comes from the neutrality of nature and the tones and textures that each season brings forth.

My aim is to evoke a sense of peace within my artwork whilst incorporating an aged feel and texture that only time creates. The seasons, the hues and the solace that nature brings shape my work.

My process often involves texture paste that I make myself and many layers of acrylic paint gently added and reduced to create an aged feel and  finished with lighter washes.

I work with many mediums using my time learned techniques and have used pigment, coffee, pigments, ink, limestone powder, pastel and tea along side acrylic paint.

I have sold my work internationally and have exhibited at Kauri Gallery, Dallas, USA and Grogan Gallery, Houston, USA.
